In addition to this we are in the process of installing a new high speed Wifi network which will provide coverage to entire hotel facilities including rooms and pool areas. This WiFi should be operative as of July and will be free of charge for those who book (or have already booked) on all inclusive basis.

Scheduled for 1st of July we will have Springlyworld, the most modern themed children's park in Tenerife.

All excursions are available in various languages; such as the Tour of the Island, boat trips, Siam Park, Loro Park, hiking to Masca or Cañadas del Teide, etc.

Dear Customers,

As an update to our current renovation being carried out in the Spring Hotel Bitácora, the current phase finished on 23rd December and the second and final phase will recommence on 02nd April until 14th June 2013. 

The work involved will again be focused on completing the renovation of the bedrooms including the removal of tiles from the balconies however instead of carrying this out floor by floor, we will in fact be working in columns from top to bottom from the eighth floor down to the ground floor minimizing disruption and  therefore negating the need to restrict balcony usage for customers during their stay. 

In addition we will also be painting the façade of the hotel so there may be some visual disturbance. We will also be taking this opportunity to carry out the renovation of the children’s play area situated at the back of the hotel. Again this will be carried out in blocks to reduce the operational impact and the normal animation programme will continue during this period.

Majority of the work will take place Monday to Friday between the hours of  0900 – 1700  however there may be occasions when we will have to carry out some work on a Saturday morning. This will be carried out between the hours of 0900-1400 and again whilst the plan is to minimize noise and carry out as much as possible by hand, there may be occasions when drilling will take place. On these occasions, heavy drilling will be carried out in the mornings only and not start before 0900.
